1. Who handles your data

The exhibition organizer and data operator is Kaziron Trade LLP (Almaty, Kazakhstan). For privacy requests, contact info@expomebel.kz. This policy covers the official Expo Mebel Astana website at expomebel.kz.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a form, we receive the name, company, position, email address, phone number and request details you provide. Exhibitor applications may include address, stand area and participation format; contest applications may include professional information and attached materials. Newsletter subscriptions include an email address and selected category. Technical data such as IP address, request time and browser information may be processed to protect the site.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use data to respond to requests, organize participation and visits, create electronic badges, review contest applications and manage entry. We send news only with separate subscription consent. Processing is based on your consent and steps needed to handle your request under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Providing data is voluntary. Without required fields, we cannot process the relevant application or issue a badge.

4. Electronic badge and QR code

After a visitor registers, the system creates a PDF badge with a unique QR code and sends it to the stated email address. When the code is scanned, authorized staff can check the visitor's name, company and entry status. The QR code contains a random identifier, not a name or phone number. Entry is recorded to manage the visit.

5. Who may receive data

Authorized organizer staff can access applications. Hosting and email providers may process the data necessary to run the website and deliver messages. We do not sell personal data or publish application details without a separate basis. Transfers outside Kazakhstan take place only in accordance with applicable law and with consent where required.

6. Retention and protection

We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use HTTPS, restricted administration access and organizational safeguards. Access to applications is limited to authorized people.

7. Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by writing to info@expomebel.kz. Please identify the relevant application and provide a way to reach you. We will stop processing after withdrawal unless the law requires us to continue. You may unsubscribe from news through a link in an email or by contacting us.

8. Cookies and external services

The site uses necessary technical data and local browser settings to operate pages, forms and appearance preferences. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and maps lead to external services governed by their own policies. This policy will be updated if analytics or additional services are introduced.

9. Changes

The current version is available on this page. Material changes take effect after a revised version and date are published.
